Handcrafted in small batches in the USA using our Founders Recipe, The 1776 is made using the traditional cold process method—a slower, more deliberate approach that allows us to build the bar from the ground up rather than simply producing a block of cleanser. Our formula combines coconut oil for a generous, bubbly lather and effective cleansing with olive oil to provide a softer, more conditioning skin feel. Palm oil contributes structure and hardness to the bar, while sweet almond oil and mango butter bring additional richness and a smoother, more luxurious feel to the finished soap. Castor oil rounds out the formulation by helping create a dense, creamy lather that feels substantial from the first pass to the final rinse.

A small amount of sugar is incorporated into the recipe to encourage an even fuller, more abundant lather, while kaolin clay contributes smoothness and glide to the wash.
